Loadout is evolving.

The last 2 months we've been quietly working on our new headquarters, its practically complete and we are preparing systems for our re-launch next year.

If you weren't aware loadout used drop shipping from its conception to get its products to you guys, which means they come direct from the supplier to yourself. While this was great to get the platform off the ground and build the business it isn't scalable and controllable enough to offer the best customer service.

Our new warehouse will allow us to hold physical stock of everything we sell except VETO, offer trackable, next day delivery on all orders and use custom packaging.

We will also be able to track and deal with any enquiries ourselves, including real time stock updates, rather than contacting the suppliers and being stuck in a chain, keeping you guys waiting for answers.

Now that we are holding stock we have much better pricing on some items too, and will be able to offer better discounts and better deals.

We plan to be ready for the first week of January, but you might see some changes on the website before then. We also wanted to make you aware that some products might not be available whilst we update them and the website will be down from the 20th of December until the new year while we onboard crucial back end updates.

Most things will be back in the new year.
